For the past 15 years, I've quietly been part of your everyday work. I've helped process orders, support operations, connect teams, and keep things moving across BCI. I've grown with the Group, adapted to changing needs, and learned a thing or two along the way.

Today, I'm stepping into a new chapter. I didn't get here alone. Behind every step of this journey have been the people who built me, improved me, and worked with me every day. Thank you for helping shape who I am today.

I'm not becoming someone else. I'm simply becoming a better version of myself. Soon, I'll help bring our entities even closer together through one connected platform. I'll move with greater flexibility, supported by the cloud while remaining grounded in the realities of how BCI works. I'll continue to evolve around our processes, support stronger collaboration across teams, and grow alongside the ambitions of our Group.
